How do I text in my order?
Text to (631) 524-4419. Text exactly what you want to order with as much detail as you want. Save the number in your phone (much like you do a contact) to easily order again later. It's that simple.

How do I know if my text order or text request was received?
You will receive a confirmation message from Jessen's Deli with pick-up lead time & order number. If you do not receive a confirmation response message back or you receive "we are unable to process your request at this time", your order was not received and you should contact Jessen's Deli at (631) 669-0408 for assistance.

What do I do after I receive my order confirmation?
You'll receive a confirmation message with pick-up lead time & order number. Go to the express pick up (avoid the line), pay & you're on your way.

Is there a customer charge to use Zingle?
Based on your provider, standard text messaging rates apply. There is no extra charge to use the service. Hooray!
